this dress is everything! one of a kind design from Tabitha Brown for Target never to be made again. tall girl friendly oversized A-line maxi dress runs big and has two pleats on the front which was an alteration to close a hole that was in the dress at purchase. adjustable straps and 2 pockets. the gathering at the back makes room for those with larger sized breasts. the front tie is a nice feminine touch but can be pinned inside the dress for a more cleavage type look
