Tach Victoria Gingham Dress Small

Stunning blue and white gingham smock dress with embroidered top and ruffle details at the neckline and at the waist. Excellent condition. Worn twice, just not my style these days. See photos for up close embroidery on bust - some loose threads here and there given handmade nature. That’s how it came purchased new. Lovely in spring / summer. Or with a black turtleneck under and boots for fall if that’s your thing!
