Tadashi Collection Cocktail Dress

This dress is in wonderful condition. It's modest and elegant with 3/4 sleeves. The fabric has stretch, and fits me at the knee, I am 5ft 3 for reference, approximately 39.5 inches from shoulder to bottom. Very comfortable.
