Dressy velvet blouse --long sleeve with cuff with rhinestone cuff link style closure. Cummerbund style (with bow )attached belt. Nice collar detail with wrap closure in front. Zips entirely up the back of blouse . Cuff, collar and belt are all silky poly. Fits like a size 6 and is listed as "Small". Measures 22 1/2" from shoulder to bottom hem. Sleeve is approx. 20" long
