In good, used condition with a few signs of wear as shown in pics. There are a few small pulls in the lace as shown in pics. No holes or stains. One small spot near the neckline that looks like makeup maybe. It may come out with stain treatment. The belt has a small area taken out from my nail, but it’s not noticeable when it’s done up. The belt can also be removed completely. Some belt loops are broken, some are still in good shape. Once the belt is done up, it shouldn’t need the belt loops anyway. Super cute dress for conferences, weddings, military events, or other formal gatherings. The black material is thick. Nonsmoking, pet friendly home. May be wrinkled from storage.
