what are the measurements across the waist and chest?

@nishkc laying flat (not stretched) armpit to armpit measurement is about 18 1/2” across, waist measurement is approximately 17 1/2”

@debsdeals744 Yes, it’s 9% spandex, and I would describe the fabric “neoprene” like (see the closeup photos of the tag for fabric detail). I hope this helps. I can add more pictures with the tape measure if that would help. 🙂
