[Tag Cut Series] Chloe Off Shoulder Blouse

[Tag cut series detail] The tag was originally cut when I bought it--this is usually done when retailers sell at a significantly low price to prevent customers from returning to get higher market value. Bought in 2004, this blouse has a satin feel and is decorated with laces in the sleeves and waist area. There are some snags in the back area and can be seen somewhat in the photos. Personally, I think it's barely noticeable. Otherwise in great condition. Pit to pit: 15.5" Total length without straps: 22"
