[Tag cut series detail] The tag was originally cut when I bought it--this is usually done when retailers sell at a significantly low price to prevent customers from returning to get higher market value. Beautiful chiffon blouse with floral detail. The addition of sequins on the flowers make this blpuse unique, perfect for date night or casual outings.
