[Tag Cut Series] Ruffle Sleeve Sheer Blouse

[Tag cut series detail] The tag was originally cut when I bought it--this is usually done when retailers sell at a significantly low price to prevent customers from returning to get higher market value. Sheer black blouse from Dolce and Gabbana. The blouse is made of chiffon and has flowy ruffles decorating the sleeves. The band in the waist creates a very flattering blouse that can be dressed up or down. The front of the blpuse is lined with buttons, but they're not functional--just decoration. In great condition.
