Beautiful and classy black and white dress by Tahari Arthur S Levine in a size 4. The top half is white with cap sleeves and v neckline. From the structured waist down it’s the same textured fabric but in black. Hidden back zipper. There are small belt loops so you can add your own belt to further accentuate the waist. Approximate measurements laying flat: Armpit to armpit 18” Waist 15.5” Hips 19.5” Length 39” Pet and smoke free home. Perfect condition except for one tiny spot on the back to the left of the zipper pull. See last photo. It’s barely noticeable and if you have long hair it won’t show but I wanted to disclose it.
