For sale is a Tahari Arthur S Levine, Green dress with white polka dots. Size 10. This dress is lined. Worn one time. There are single thread belt loops that you will see in one of the pictures but I dont remember getting a belt with it. The loops are so tiny they could be left alone, cut off or you could add your own belt.
