These pants are in very good condition and they come from a smoke-free home. The fabric is 90% polyester and 10% elastin. They’re very soft and feel like a faux suede. They are size large, the inseam measures 29 inches, the rise is 10 1/2 inches, the leg opening is 6 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 16 1/2 inches across and stretches to 20 inches across.
