Tahari Black & White Polka Dot Dress

Black and white polka dots never go out of style. Size 2 and runs true to size! Cinched waistline so it hugs in all of the right places. I wore this dress once to school- I'm a teacher- lots of compliments and questions about it. Unfortunately I had thyroid problems and gained too much weight to get back into the dress again. I want for it to go to a closet where it will be worn!
