Tahari cocktail dress wore once to wedding. Gorgeous blue with tiny sequins all over. See thru 3/4 quarter sleeves as well as 5” in front and 7” on back. Rest of dress fully lined. Comes to just above knee. 7” back slit. Invisible zipper in back. Size 6. Purchased at Dillards.
