Tahari Harrison Dress

Be the chicest one in the office. Looks like a pencil skirt and blouse but it’s a beautiful dress. The bottom is solid black and has silk/sateen look to it. The top is two layers, the silk/satin top with adjustable straps and the sheer overlay with hook eye buttons. Total length is approximately 39.5in, across the chest is approximately 18in, waist is approximately 15.5in.
