Beautiful Silky smooth hi waisted skirt from Tahari. 94% silk 6% Elastane. Has a bit of stretch for comfort and ease of movement. Excellent condition and no signs of wear. Fully lined. 24" length 15.5" waist 20" hips. Non-smoking non-pet home. Tag says size 12 but fit small so advertising as a 10.
