These boots are in excellent condition. Super cute! Only worn a few times. Boots have leather on the lower part of the boot and a slouchy soft suede top. Heel height is 2 3/4" and overall boot height is 17 1/4" tall.

@whitewolfluvs The measurement around the top is 15". They are a bit more narrow lower down on the boot. The fabric is very soft/slouchy.

@whitewolfluvs To be honest, I think they would be too snug on a 17" calf. My calfs measure 14.5" and they are a comfortable fit, slightly loose.
