Beautiful and incredibly flattering. This full length dress is fitted at the top with a keyhole opening. Ties at the waist and the bottom flows easily with ruffled tiers. Only worn once, but I did alter the dress in length only. I am 5’2” and wore 4 inch heels with this dress.
