NWT Tahari black knit dress with cap sleeves, architectural fold down collar and side gathering. Material has subtle silver metallic thread running thru it to give it an extra touch of shimmer Dress measures 17 inches at chest, 13 1/2 inches at waist and length is 23 inches from waist to hem. Small back slit measures 5 1/2 inches. Material is soft with stretch and seems like it would not wrinkle even if folded
