Tahari by Arthur Levine Navy Cap Sleeve Dress 8

This Tahari dress by Arthur S Levine is in excellent condition - doesn't look like it's even been worn. It has a funky, unique neckline assymetrical neckline that is very flattering. It has cap sleeves and a slightly ruched waistline - again, really flattering and hides a multitude of sins. It has a zippered back. Fabric is lovely, heavier weight and it drapes very nicely.
