@stephaniepb waistband is 14.5” and does have some elastic banding at front. Length is 22”. Jacket is 16.5” from shoulder to shoulder. Armpit to armpit is 18”. Length is 23”.

@familiar_grace I have measurements listed in above dialogue. The jacket is a size 6. The skirt is a size 4. The waist of skirt is 14” and hip measured 18”. There is some elastic at waist. Let me know if you need any other measurements. Thank you for your interest.
