Soft, flowy , lined, elegant cascade style, Tahari Designer dress. Zips in back. I only wore it once. Slightly below knee length on 5’4 person. Great detail at waist, completely lined with attachment from dress to lining at the bottom. Sleeve is shirred at wrist. Perfect cocktail dress and suitable for dinner at a nice restaurant.
