Tahari halter top, fit and flare dress

Very well made halter dress. The elastic around the bodice is strong. The ties make a lovely detail to the dress. The top part is a thick jersey material with stretch. The skirt is fully lined and flowy. I wore it only once and it was at an outdoor wedding with heels.
