NWT Tahari Arthur Levine size 14 lace tiered Tracey dress. Black floral lace with taupe beige jersey knit lining. Bateau neck, 3/4 length sleeves, hidden side zipper, knee length. It is hard to see in photos but this dress has 4 tiered layers, each one at a slight angle alternating down the front of the dress. Pit to pit: 21 Length: 38 Sleeve: 17.5 Bundle and save in my closet!
