Tahari medium blue floral halter top dressy tank

This dressy designer Tahari halter top has a large floral pattern of blues and lilac on a black tank. It stays put with a twist tie front neck line and eye and hook closures on the full t strap back. It runs a bit wide through the underarms with a flat measurement of 19.5 inches between the under arms as shown. It is 23 inches long for smooth coverage. Excellent used condition.
