Tahari navy 3/4 sleeve sequin dress stretch lining

Bust 19” armpit to armpit (without stretching) length 31”VGUC Navy sequined sparkling 3/4 sleeve mini or petite (labeled 12 regular) but it looks short to me. Very simple elegant and exquisite. Mini sequins on stretchy neck nylon, Stretchy spandex lining navy piping around boatneck. Long 21” back zipper for easy entry and exit. Again tag says 12 but any other sizes are for exposure use my measurements.
