Tahari skirt - closet essential!

Black Tahiti skirt with double Tulip slits in the back which is very flattering. Skirt is fully lined. Side zipper with hook-eye closure. Approximate measurements: 25” waist to hem, 19” across at waist and 26” across at the bottom hem. Zipper and slits are 7”.
