nugget2k @sassyluna18 hi! 😊. so armpit to armpit in front is 19.5... armpit to armpit in the back is 20.... I'm a 36C (M) and it fits... my mom is a 42D (L/XL) and it fits.... It definitely fits us differently, modest for me, busty(ish) for her, but fits none-the-less. it's low profile but roomy. It's hard for me to measure around the bust and be completely accurate because it's stretchy, so it becomes subjective. In my opinion, it fits my mom better. does that help?🤪🥴

nugget2k @catrinemc hello! please forgive the delay! believe it or not, my mother's house got sprayed by a skunk! it was in the crawl space and something spooked it and sprayed and it permeated the ENTIRE HOUSE! I stayed an extra couple days to help and I completely forgot about this as well as a couple of items I needed to ship (not good😵‍💫). the measurement you seek is 23.5". thank you for your patience 🙏😊
