Tailored Forever 21 Dress

Classy and fitted dress with a round neckline and pencil skirt fit. Slit in the back, invisible zipper with hook and eye closure, and darts along the front and back for a timeless tailored look. Lightweight fabric and fully lined, with seamed details on the front and back of cap sleeves. The dress has two small belt loops, but when I received it there was no belt attached. Either way it looks great with or without a belt! Please comment with any questions :)
