Taiwan-Made Long Grey skirt

A long cozy and comfy skirt, with three pockets. Made in Taiwan. It belonged to my mother. I’m not sure what size it is, but for reference, the photo is of someone who is 5”2 and 115 lbs. Maybe size M? The silhouette / cut of it is a little bit “high low” style, and overall the dress is baggy and cute. No flaws or rips.
