I just sent you an email :) There's no rips or flaws in the shoes, just a small amount of excess glue around the soul, which I've already reached out to the company about. They said that since the shoes are hand made its to be expected and should come off with the shoe polish that they provided in the box. Everything they sent to me will be sent with the shoes.

You should probably list these as size 14 or 15. Anyone wearing that size would filter out size 11.
It is too bad that they are not US size 11.

I know, I thought the same thing, but the poshmart sizes only go up to 13, but that's why I mentioned it in the description twice. It is a real bummer because they are super cute 🥲
