Takara color block dress

This longsleeve dress has semi sheer sleeves with 3 buttons at each wrist. Dress is a slip on style. Fully lined body. Model is size small, dress is a medium. I used to wear it to work with black tights. It is a soft flowy dress but not too stretchy outer fabric.
