Take Two cotton embellished water scene skirt

Take Two vintage cotton skirt with a cute water scene and sequin embellishments. Size is a “PM” which I’m guessing is a petite medium. Cotton is thin and some sequins are missing on the backside where one would sit. Zippers at the side and also has a tie at the waistband. Not a full circle skirt but would be cute with a crinoline underneath. Waist measures about 14 inches across and about 29 1/2 inches from waist to bottom hem. Smoke and pet free.
