tbrigmond @allmelub4u ..I need your help please...The tracking says the burberry bag was delivered but I have not received it. I live in an apartment community and fear that the USPS may have delivered the package key to the wrong mailbox as I have also erroneously received other peoples mail. Please investigate. Thank you so much!

allmelub4u @tbrigmond I am so sorry this happened. This happened to me too with some shoes I purchased from @manymurrays. My mailman delivered the key lock box to the wrong assigned compartment. It took a couple days for me to get my item because I had to contact my personal mailman, you see when this happened there was nothing my seller could do. On her part it showed delivered. It is the same with me. I am not sure what I can do to "investigate", because for me it showed you already received the item, I am going to contact posh @pmeditor and support to see where we go from here since the package shows delivered. You need to go to your local post office and find out investigate what happened to your package. Sorry they'd probably not what you want to hear, but how can possibly investigate something from Las Vegas when the package is in a different state?

allmelub4u @pmeditor @manish @katef Please see this above comment that the buyer @tbrigbmond has has placed here regarding item 53aaf11d25cab732043d950c Burberry Large Tote. Buyer has filed a case item not received. I am contacting customer support as well. Would like this post as evidence above showing buyer contacted me in a separate listing to inform me item had been mailed to wrong address and not received.. Thanks you.

tbrigmond @allmelub4u ...I sent this email to support. ---Please release seller's earnings immediately. The handbag was turned into the leasing office and I just received it. I was not aware that by me submitting a claim, her funds were on a "hold" status. Thank you so much! The handbag is in mint condition and I apologize for all confusion. Thank you so much!

tbrigmond @allmelub4u ...I have tried to accept it twice and I also asked for your email address to share with you my email sent to support. I did not know what to do and was not aware that your funds were not released. I will continue to keep checking my email periodically. I shop a lot on PM, have purchased a lot AND HAVE NEVER had this situation to occur. I just want you to know that what I have shared is the truth.

tbrigmond @allmelub4u , @pm_editor. @manish, @katef , PLEASE REVIEW MY comments in the thread above addressed to @allmelub4u that will support the action that I took today...this was the FIRST time this has ever happened and it's not like I can afford to spend $300 + on merchandise and receive a notification that it has been delivered and not to have received it. I honestly had NO KNOWLEDGE that the seller's funds would not be released as to I have only purchased but never sold. I also sent the floor if email to support and also askes @allmelub4u for her email address so I could include her in on my correspondence. I have since tried to accept and will continue to stay on too of this. My email send to PM support today --- "Please release seller's earnings immediately.
