I've never worn this brand. Does it run small?

@cotx66 thanks for your interest! I’ve not worn this piece since purchasing since it is too small. I’m not sure if the brand runs small but this piece’s measurements seem smaller than a standard US 10 - this is a luxury brand. The actual measurements seem more like a 6 or small 8. Hip measures about 20.25 inches flat. This is a truly stunning cocktail dress. Hope this helps!
