This is a light to medium weight quality fabric stretch tank. So laying it flat, the bust measurements are 16.5 in or 34 in doubled (BEFORE stretching). Now, I did a mock stretch and it looks like it can accommodate up to 42in once stretched. I am a 38C and it fits very nice, flattering, sexy like. Not too high, not too low at the V. I hope that helps.
