Talbots 100% Cotton Blue Ribbed Cardigan Embroidered Balloon Sleeves

This is a soft v-neck cableknit cardigan from Talbots. In a deep royal blue, it has balloon sleeves that have beautiful floral embroidery down both arms. The bottom and cuffs are lightly ribbed. 100% cotton, machine washable. Size M, the chest is approx 19” across and the length is about 23”. Excellent preowned condition, no flaws noted.
