Talbots Artsy Cotton Skirt!

Talbots artsy cotton skirt! Size 8P, waist measures 14", length 21". Fabric is a cotton spandex blend with a slight stretch. Skirt is fully lined with a side zipper and button closure and also a side slit. The waist band has elastic support on the rear. There's a neat mend at the waistband where the front elastic was removed so the front panel lays flat. Please see the last picture.
