This is one of the prettiest black dresses I have ever seen. It is a high quality Talbot dress adorned with embroider beaded and sequin fish on the front and back bottom, stunning and pretty. It is also completely lined with a polyester material for comfort. It measures bust 36, waist is 38 inches, and across the bottom hem is 44 inches, The material is 67% cotton and 33% polyester and it looks like new. New retail is over $150.00.
