Talbots Black Sheath Cocktail Dress

New w/o tags and never worn b/c it ended being too small on me. I find that it fits small for a size 4P. It doesn't have much give to it because of the wool blend material. There is a back keyhole with a black gemstone button and side zipper for easy on and off. Dress also features 2 hidden side pockets making it more functional. Skirt is fully lined.
