Black Talbot’s Italian-knit skirt, size 12. New with tags. It is fully lined. Zipper in back. Waistband has a button on either side for decoration. It is 23 inches long with a 6.5 inch slit in the back. The shell of the skirt is made of 71% rayon, 24% nylon, 5% spandex. The lining is 100% polyester. Dry clean.
