Talbots Black V Neck Dress with White Contrast Stripe and Belt Size 6

The tag fell out of the dress at the dry cleaner. This dress is size 6. I am 5’,5” tall and 126 pounds in this photo for reference, this dress is too large for me at this size. There is a size 10 listed on this site with the tag, but they have the belt on backwards 😀. No returns accepted. Item in gently used condition with no noticeable damage, normal signs of use.
