This is made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex--giving the fabric some pull. It is fully lined--100% polyester. The size is 4---but I am no 4 and have listed the measurements because I feel it runs big. It is 15 inches pit to pit---see picture. It has only been worn a few times and is in great condition. It zips up the back with a hidden zipper. Classic look that travels well.
