tknan94 @heatherstarkel Hi! It's 18-19 inn no chew for chest and waist, as it is straight cut. Length is 53-54 inches from shoulder to end. If you don't measure under the arms, the chest is closer to 18 inches, but the fabric also has some stretch and is very plush. I have never worn it, only tried it on, but have lost some weight and it no longer fits. It is very pretty!
