This skirt is amazing for work and play. The skirt has a faux velvet feel and is extremely soft. The hem of the skirt came apart on the bottom of a section (shown in pictures). This can easily be fixed if you know how to sew or can be taking to a seamstress. Waist 34" Length 23"
