Talbots tunic top with split v neck with tie to neck or leave untied. There are side vents, pleating on shoulders, right under the V & on upper back. Striped with different colors of green (olive, sage,lime & more), its prettier than it sounds. Sleeves are long with a metal ball button at cuffs.
