Pretty sleeveless shell is a great layering piece year round, or for wearing on its own in the summer. Shell has a scoop neck, pintuck detail down the front, and side slits. This is a charming, little basic to have in your closet. I bought it secondhand for myself, but it does not fit me. It is in perfect condition. There is no evidence of it being worn. I did wash it. The material is a durable 100% polyester. The fabric has a slight sheerness (in a good way) and a nice flowy drape. If you wear a nude bra, nothing will show. So, it has coverage but maintains a subtle sheerness. This polyester does a good imitation of silk, but it can be easily washed and stand up to detergents. I didn't iron or steam this blouse out of the dryer before photographing it, which is pretty amazing. It is easy care. I think it will last you a long time with this fabric, and Talbots generally has good quality. I thought this would fit me based on Talbots size chart, so please look carefully at the photos and measurements. The bust is 48".
