What is the measurement across the bust, armpit to armpit? And what is the exact fabric content? Thank you! :)

The bust measurement is 17-1/2 inches and the fiber content is 98% cotton, 2% Spanedx. It's not a lightweight jacket, but has a little weight to it. It's a great jacket for fall weather. I'm putting picutes of the measurement and the fiber content on the site.
