Talbots Embroidered Peasant Top, size Large Petite

Floral embroidered off the shoulder top, size large petite. Sleeves have cute detailing on the edge that look like tiny pom poms (but they're actually flat). Base of the shirt is light blue marled pattern, and the embroidery is bright red. Coloring is true to the first picture, but included photos in different lighting.
