Hemmed to 19.5 inches from waist, with a 1.5 inch hem that can be lowered. Completely lined. Like new, pristine condition. While it states dry clean only, I have machine washed cold and tumbled dry on low with no shrinkage and beautiful results. Just remove from dryer when slightly damp and iron when dry.
